Molenia Moissanite Stud Earring-Gold

These are gorgeous but MUCH smaller than the photos. They look like real diamonds. They haven't left a green residue or color on my skin, either. Very good quality, and the packaging it arrives in is top notch. You get a stury little box, each earring is in its own individual zip plastic baggy, and it also comes with a small drawstring gift bag. There's also a registry so it offers a true quality feel. I love these.

Moissanite is a naturally-occurring and/or synthesized silicon carbide that has a lovely sparkle. It is somewhat less controversial than diamonds, but has some very similar properties. I much prefer moissanite as an alternative to a diamond in jewelry over cubic zirconia. These little earrings do not disappoint. I appreciated the details that went into their manufacture, including the screw-back posts to prevent loss, and the avoidance of unidentified metals. These are petite, so they look pretty tiny on a larger person, but they would look fabulous on someone who is smaller (or younger). I consider the price to be fair for such beautiful pieces that do not look cheap or gaudy.
